Ho avuto il piacere di usufruire dei servizi di David nel corso del mio processo di ricerca casa in Spagna.
David e' stato molto preciso nel consigliarmi nella negoziazione dei contratti - rimarcando le clausole principali, le cose a cui prestare attenzione, i minimi legali e gli usi piu' comuni.
E' chiaramente andato oltre quanto richiesto, dimostrando un interesse genuino nel mio caso.
David e' stato anche molto utile nel dare feedback e farmi apprezzare alcuni dettagli in una serie di possibili investimenti, anche portando parallelismi con riguardo a suoi recenti lavori.

David was a lifesaver in a case where I agreed upon a price for a property already. His trained eye brought forward all kind of defects on the property that where never pointed out by the owner nor his broker. His communication in English was flawless and his detailed report of the survey was easy to read and was backed up by clear and crisp photos. Should the whole situation gone to court. David Esteve has been very professional in his survey, humble enough to double-check with local authorities when not 100% sure about the local area building regulations. I feel confident about buying my first house ever because he could patiently explain building regulations and what upgrades the house needs and the engineering solutions on a level that non-engineers can understand, also in English. Valoraron mi propiedad con un folio y un bolígrafo, exagerando deficiencias y asustando al posible comprador con precios desorbitados y fuera de mercado. No sabía distinguir entre hormigón o ladrillos. Dejo luces encendidas, grifos abiertos, no cuido en ningún momento la visita a la propiedad, actúo de forma nada profesional.
Esta casa la han visto arquitectos de renombre y mejorarla no implica ni mucho menos lo que este señor dice, ya que pintar una casa no cuesta 75000€, y no se puede decir que hay que hacer x obras sin un estudio minucioso.
Estamos en el siglo XXI, no en los 60
Espero mejoren por el bien del comprador y vendedor.
